What we collect and why

When you submit an enquiry, request a quote, build a van in the configurator, request a part-exchange valuation or sign up to our newsletter, we collect the details you provide (such as name, email, phone, company, vehicle registration and photos) so we can respond to your request, prepare quotes and valuations, and keep you informed where you have asked us to. We also collect anonymised usage analytics (pages viewed, actions taken) to improve the site.

Cookies

We use essential, first-party, session-only analytics to see which pages are viewed and which actions are taken (such as starting the configurator or submitting an enquiry) so we can improve the site. This data is anonymised, never leaves our own database, and clears when your browser session ends.

With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to understand where visitors come from (for example, search or paid campaigns). It only runs if you accept it via the cookie banner, and Google processes this data as described in Google's privacy policy. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

Also with your permission, we partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps and session replay, using first- and third-party cookies, so we can see where visitors get stuck and improve the site: not for advertising. Clarity masks sensitive form fields automatically and only runs once you accept it via the cookie banner. Legal basis & sharing

We process enquiry data to take steps you request prior to a contract, and marketing data with your consent (unsubscribe any time). We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (email delivery, hosting) and, where relevant to your purchase, with Farizon UK and finance or valuation partners.

Retention & your rights

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict processing, by contacting sales@farizonsw.co.uk. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
