What exactly does the AA package include?
4 years' free roadside assistance, servicing and repairs, delivered through the AA's nationwide network: including mobile servicing where an AA technician comes to your premises, so the van barely misses a shift.
What does the vehicle warranty cover?
The Farizon SV carries a 4-year / 120,000-mile vehicle warranty and a separate 8-year battery warranty.
Do electric vans need less servicing?
Significantly less. No engine oil, no filters, no clutch, no exhaust or DPF: servicing is largely checks, brakes (which regenerative braking makes last longer) and tyres.
What happens if the van breaks down mid-round?
Call the AA: roadside assistance is free for 4 years. Their patrols are EV-trained and their coverage of the South West is the best there is. Use the number on your policy card, 24 hours, and quote the registration.
Does the battery warranty stay with the van when I sell it?
Yes. The 8-year battery cover follows the van, not the first owner. The next keeper gets the remaining term.
